about the sleep thing do check what lafalot does and i would start working out if i were you because it increases your energy greatly (at least it did a ton for me) and it supposed to already. But then i would also make sure u get 100% of all vitamins and minerals you should have daily

Keep your nomad.
the bearings will last longer on the SC, apart from that its geometry preference.
the bikes are so similar i wouldnt bother if i was you.
